The XP XTREM HUNTER is a next-generation deep-seeking metal detector, specifically designed for locating large buried metallic masses. Intended for professional use, it can detect large metallic targets (over 15 cm in diameter) at depths of up to 5 meters, depending on the nature and volume of the target.

Thanks to its FMF (Fast Multi Frequency) simultaneous multi-frequency technology, the XP XTREM HUNTER offers exceptional stability, high detection power, and consistent performance, even in complex ground conditions. It is perfectly suited for mining exploration, pipe detection, tanks, cisterns, safes, reservoirs, and any significant buried metallic deposits.

Wireless technology & advanced ergonomics

The XP XTREM HUNTER is the first fully wireless deep-seeking metal detector. Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery, it offers up to 10 hours of battery life, while eliminating the constraints and failures associated with cables.

With a record weight of only 2.9 kg and an adjustable telescopic stem, it stands out for its unmatched ergonomics in the deep-seeking detector category. Its compact format allows for single-person use, with excellent comfort during long prospecting sessions.

Simple operation and precise target identification

Controlled by the XP DEUS 2 remote control, the XP XTREM HUNTER features an intuitive interface for immediate use: just turn it on and start detecting.
No complex calibration is required.

Advanced settings include:

• discrimination,

• frequency scan.

Target identification is both audible and visual. The LCD screen displays an oscilloscope-style signal representation, allowing you to estimate the size and depth of the detected target.
The IAR function also allows for the discrimination of small surface iron, to focus solely on large deep masses.

Extreme performance at great depth

The XP XTREM HUNTER does not detect small isolated targets (coins, thin objects), but excels in detecting large metallic volumes.
Performance increases proportionally to the target size:

• 15 cm metallic target: up to 80 cm

• tank, cistern, or massive structure: up to 5 meters
